This complete set combines state-of-the-art technology with high performance and is characterized by easy integration into various application areas such as underfloor, wall and ceiling heating systems.

Properties and areas of application

Thanks to the MDF underfloor heating system, old wooden floorboards can be reinforced or replaced while simultaneously guaranteeing comfortable heat distribution. The low installation height allows for seamless integration without visually impacting the living space.

Especially in sloping ceilings and challenging room layouts, the system offers diverse application possibilities. It is not only suitable as underfloor heating, but can also be implemented as a wall or ceiling heating system, thus supporting flexible room concepts.

Technical specifications

The system's base consists of a medium-density fiberboard with a special milled pattern. This pattern allows for the precise installation of a 12 mm thick plastic pipe, meeting all design requirements.

The MDF board measures 1200 mm x 600 mm and has a thickness of 18 mm. Additionally, values ​​such as a tensile strength of 0.75 N/mm² and a flexural strength of 30 N/mm² according to DIN EN310, as well as a thermal conductivity of 0.14 W/mK, offer safety and stability.

The system provides a heat output of between 60 and 80 W/m², ensuring efficient and even heat distribution in all rooms.

Easy assembly

The system's assembly is easily understood thanks to clearly structured steps. First, the base plates are seamlessly laid with milled-flush profiles, maintaining a wall clearance of 5 to 10 mm to accommodate expansion.

The panels are then fixed in place using standard wood screws. The heating pipes are carefully inserted into the milled pattern, allowing for heating circuits up to 80 meters long. Connecting the heating pipes completes the straightforward installation.

Robust and sustainable quality

The MDF board impresses with its properties such as high density, moisture resistance, and the absence of added formaldehyde. These characteristics guarantee not only long-lasting performance but also a sustainable solution for your heating needs.

The system is complemented by a flexible 5-layer all-plastic composite pipe, compression fittings and edge insulation strips made of polyethylene, which complete the overall package and ensure high safety standards.
