The Defro Firewood Plus 12 kW is a modern log boiler equipped with an innovative gasification system and a precise, electronically controlled flue controller. This technology ensures efficient combustion and ensures optimal use of the generated heat. Detailed control of the primary air allows the combustion process to be precisely adapted to current requirements, achieving consistently high heat output with particularly low fuel consumption. The system also allows the control of system components such as the boiler circuit pump and an optional induced draft fan, which contributes to further optimization and automation of operation. Operating convenience is significantly increased, as the automatic control virtually eliminates manual intervention.

Compact design and sustainable heat source

Thanks to its sophisticated, compact design, this natural draft boiler can be flexibly and space-savingly integrated even into small boiler rooms. The robust construction of the boiler body guarantees durability and reliable operation for many years. As an ecological alternative to fossil energy sources, the Defro Firewood Plus uses only logs as fuel. By meeting the demanding requirements of the second stage of the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BlmSchV Stage 2), it offers an environmentally conscious, climate-friendly, and crisis-proof option for heat generation.

Comfortable operation and maximum security

The Defro Firewood Plus comes standard with a specially developed safety heat exchanger, allowing installation in closed heating systems without the need for a complex thermal safety device. An integrated sight glass allows visual monitoring of the gasification flame at any time, simplifying operation and increasing operational reliability. The secondary air supply is accessible from both sides, allowing the boiler to be installed directly against a wall – for maximum space utilization and ease of everyday handling.
