EPSILON F – Compact pellet boiler for maximum heating and operating comfort

Innovative boiler design

The EPSILON F impresses with its compact boiler design, which enables efficient use of space while simultaneously delivering maximum performance. The option to expand the pellet hopper volume in the PLUS model provides added convenience and flexibility.

Thanks to integrated automatic heat exchanger cleaning and ash removal, the boiler operates virtually maintenance-free. This ensures a reliable and continuous heating process, even over extended periods of operation.

Central pellet burner and TSS Twin Spark System

At the heart of the EPSILON F is a centrally located pellet burner that ensures efficient and clean combustion. Automatic burner cleaning guarantees consistently optimal performance.

The innovative TSS Twin Spark System, which includes two alternately activated ignition elements, increases the safety and efficiency of combustion, ensuring consistently stable and reliable operation.

Maximum energy yield and safety

A particular highlight is the vertical tube heat exchanger with integrated turbulators. This technology ensures maximum energy yield and supports economical energy use in the heating system.

Additionally, the negative pressure sensor ensures that the necessary negative pressure is always maintained in the combustion chamber. The powerful induced draft fan stabilizes the combustion process and thus makes a significant contribution to the operational reliability of the boiler.

Sophisticated control and intuitive operation

The modern APC Center control system with touchscreen enables simple and intuitive operation of the heating system. The control system monitors and controls six pumps and two heating circuit mixers, resulting in optimal regulation of the heating circuits.

The factory-installed internet module connection offers added flexibility by enabling remote monitoring and control of the system. The fill level sensor in the pellet hopper constantly displays the current fuel level and prevents the auger from running dry.

Optional additional features and environmental protection

Optionally, a lambda sensor can be retrofitted, making combustion even more efficient and environmentally friendly. This addition supports optimized air supply, which increases the calorific value and reduces emissions.

An integrated particle separator, as part of the BEG funding, also ensures that even small particles are reliably retained, which supports air pollution control.

Versatile applications and performance strengths

With a range of power outputs from 10 kW to 25 kW, the EPSILON F is suitable for a wide variety of applications. It offers a cost-effective and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels without compromising efficiency.

The energy efficiency class A+ underlines the responsible use of resources and the ecological orientation of the system.

Comprehensive scope of delivery and expansion options

Included in the scope of delivery are the APC Center, PID functionality, automatic maintenance functions such as heat exchanger cleaning and ash removal, and a factory-installed internet module. Weather-compensated heating circuit control completes the package.

In addition, various accessories are available, such as GSM modules, room thermostats and wireless communication sets.These allow for individual customization and upgrading of the heating system, so that it also meets future requirements.
