The coolFrame damping base offers a reliable and versatile solution for the secure installation of outdoor units, piping, and ventilation ducts. The robust construction ensures optimal stability and minimizes vibrations, providing stable and long-lasting support for your installations.

Especially for outdoor use, the bases impress with their weather resistance and resistance to extreme temperatures. This ensures long-term use and reliable protection for your technology.

Technical features

The base is made of SBR recycled rubber, which is not only vibration-damping but also waterproof and UV-resistant. This makes it ideal for use in variable environments where proper damping and stability are essential.

The construction was developed according to international standards and can withstand temperatures between -40 °C and +80 °C. Devices, cables, and ventilation ducts are securely mounted to the 41 x 22 mm aluminum profile strip thanks to the included screw set.

Materials and workmanship

Our damping bases are made from high-quality recycled SBR rubber bonded with a moisture-curing polyurethane prepolymer (BS7188:1989+A2:2009). This combination guarantees consistently high quality and durability, even under demanding conditions.

The aluminum metal profile is not only robust but also compatible with strut mounts. This allows for a wide variety of installations to be mounted securely and flexibly, enabling seamless integration into existing systems.
